By accessing this website, submitting a reservation request, or remitting payment for screening fees or deposits, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

### 1. Eligibility & Age Verification
* You must be at least **21 years of age** to request a reservation or access services.
* Submission of a valid, government-issued photo ID is mandatory for screening prior to appointment confirmation. Providing fraudulent identification or misrepresenting identity will result in immediate termination of communication and forfeiture of any fees paid.

### 2. Reservation & Screening Requirements
* Submitting a reservation request does **not** guarantee an appointment.
* Appointments are strictly confirmed only after:
1. Successful completion and approval of the identity screening process.
2. Receipt of the required 50% reservation deposit.

### 3. Mutual Code of Conduct & Boundaries
* Discretion, safety, and mutual respect are foundational to all interactions.
* Any conduct deemed unsafe, disrespectful, intrusive, or violating agreed-upon boundaries will result in immediate cancellation of the session with zero refund.

### 4. Intellectual Property & Discretion
* All content, branding, photography, and text on this website are the exclusive property of Courtney Mason.
* Unapproved recording, photography, or disclosure of private communications is strictly prohibited.

### 5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and business laws.
